We are looking for an experienced and Licensed Electrical Technician with a background in power generation to join the Cat Rental division of our business.About youA Grade Electrical LicenseDemonstrated experience in maintaining and repairing diesel power generation equipmentHigh-level organisational and communication skills – written and verbalStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsRefrigeration experience would be valuableAbility to work autonomously at a customer mine site locationSelf-motivated, driven, and a self-starterSound knowledge of computer and software systemsKey ResponsibilitiesServicing of power generation and plant fleet located at our customer site and in the Emerald region if requiredTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair fleetGeneral forklift operation, cleanliness, safety, and maintenanceEnd-to-end management of equipment at our customer sitePreparation and completion of service, job reports, time sheets, and other reports in a timely and efficient mannerMonitoring and ordering of fleet spares and consumables as neededPaid daily travel to and from our customer site5 & 2 roster - 7.6 hour ordinary dayParticipation in an On-Call RosterWhat we offerGreat remuneration package including housing and market allowance, retention bonus, service vehicle, super, mobile phone, and laptopEmployee Recognition Program and Service AwardsBirthday leaveVolunteer leaveEmployee Referral Bonus SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgramWhat next?If this sounds like an opportunity you're interested in - we'd love to hear from you!
