Your new role
Your new role, will see you reporting to the Client Services Manager, working 7.30am – 5pm (approximately / can be flexible). You will be working in a factory and on the role in this diverse opportunity, as no two days will look the same. Purely dependent on client requirements you will work Monday to Friday (no weekends), or afterhours requirements – unique to any service role. You may have one day working in the factory adhering to working on the equipment, working with Engineering on prototyping and development, with the next day adhering to a full day of service jobs.

What you need to succeed
Plumbing trade with the ability to show current insurances etc; Proven background in the commercial kitchen and service industry; Ability to work autonomously and strong customer-facing skills; Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings; In a growing organisation with an international presence, it is essential to be flexible with daily requirements and to seek growth as the Melbourne service sector expands, with potential for leadership in local operations.
