About the role:
A rare opportunity to join the Western Australia Service Technician team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of our commercial food machines across our broad customer base. Our customers include major aged and health care sites, hospitals, casinos, sporting arenas, major hotels, and restaurant chains.
As a HOBART technician, you will be required to:
Attend service calls as per daily allocated job priorities by the customer service team
Carry out quality field service repairs at the customer's place of business
Provide complete technical support and maintenance advice to end users as required
Ensure all appliance, repair information, and parts usage is documented on service reports
Liaise with customers explaining the repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest level
Manage van stock and the appearance of the company vehicle
Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner
Handle escalations and provide on-site technical support to the relevant department
Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supported
As a HOBART Service Technician, you will receive HOBART Germany's comprehensive training program. This training will furnish you with all the skills necessary to be a highly trained HOBART expert and become a part of a massive global team.

Skills & Experience:
Essential
CURRENT ELECTRICAL LICENCE (Minimum requirement Disconnect/Re-Connect Licence)
Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude
Current Australian Driver Licence
Good communication and interaction skills
Customer focused
Valid Police Check or ability to gain
Ability to work overtime
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
A commitment to attendance and a positive attitude towards WH&S
