As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician with proven experience in the installation and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
Your Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.Inspect equipment to identify malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimise equipment downtime.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and recommending equipment upgrades or replacements when needed.Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance skills and knowledge.Your Qualifications: Full Plumbing or Restricted Gas Fitting License and/or Full Electrical License.A minimum of 2 years' experience in the service and repair of catering equipment.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills essential for this role.Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.Competence with job management software, preferably AroFlo or ServiceM8.Good written English and strong organisational skills.A current driver's license and full working rights in Australia.If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a supportive and dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
