Great remuneration on offer RV Industry Monday-Friday Our client has an exciting opportunity for you to become a key part of their Caravan Dealership in the Newcastle Region.
A change to join one of Australia's fastest growing caravan company's, with several well-established very successful Dealerships already operating in NSW and QLD.
We are currently looking for a Caravan Technician or experienced tradesperson with transferrable skills looking for an exciting new challenge.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for fitting accessories, preparing for sale, servicing, and the possibility of carrying out some minor repairs to a wide range of new and used caravans and RV's.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Preparing caravans ready for customer handover.
Fitting of aftermarket accessories and appliances.
Diagnosing and resolving problems with vans; wiring, water leaks etc.
Moving caravans around the Dealership.
Scheduled servicing and maintenance of caravans.
Some warranty repairs.
Some light fabrication work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with caravan repairs is desirable but not essential.
Troubleshooting / diagnostic skills.
Excellent presentation with a professional and friendly disposition.
High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.
A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised.
Hold a current NSW driver's licence.
