Service Technician - 6 Month Fixed Term

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure and services.
We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.  As a Service Technician (6 month contract), you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team on site and be hands on with clients in the mining sector, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success.
You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the radio technology, performing contracted servicing, programming, repairs, recalibration of technology, upgrades, and general healthcare checks.
What we are looking for: Qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications.
Or a related field specific to Radio communications Previous experience working in a client facing environment working with Two Way radio preferably with knowledge in P25, DMR, Tetra or understanding of Motorola technology (Mototrbo).  Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.  Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, fault finding and decision making around client's needs to provide expert solutions in sometimes time critical circumstances.
