About the role Maintain the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens' (RTBG) position as the State's premier centre for amenity horticulture and ex-situ plant conservation through the development and maintenance of the living collections, plant displays and estate of the RTBG, guided by the annual Business Operational Plan.
Essential requirements A Certificate III (Horticulture Cert 3 (AHC30716) in Horticulture or an equivalent level, relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken, as provided by either a vocational education organisation or a registered and accredited training provider. Desirable requirements Current driver's licence. Workplace Level 2 First Aid certificate. Accredited competency in the use of chainsaws.
