About the RoleAs the National Service Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with service managers and the administration team across the branches to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, procedures, and solutions that elevate customer service standards while optimizing internal operational efficiencies.
The successful applicant will have excellent analytical skills and stakeholder engagement ability with a desire to drive meaningful and impactful work.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain service calculation tool to support the service team in standardizing costs for internal jobs.Develop, implement and maintain management systems and tools to support optimization of machine build developments.Audit build projects following completion to ensure quality control and effectiveness of systems.Management of Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC), Service agreements, and change out agreements.Audit contracts for compliance and reporting and adjust as required.Develop and market maintenance and repair agreements internally and externally.Manage Service Vehicle Fleet and Telemetric monitoring.About YouDemonstrated experience in project planning, management, and resource coordination.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify opportunities for service enhancement.A mechanical background (beneficial but not required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Strong written and verbal communication skills.How to ApplyPlease apply via the link below.
