Look no further – Lady Gowrie Tasmania is looking for a passionate & self-motivated Service Support Officer to be based in Hobart.
Lady Gowrie is a non-for-profit community-based organisation providing Education and Care to children from birth to 12 years of age.
The role – Part-time, 9-day fortnight. Hours between 7:30am & 5:30pm. Central Location, close to public transport and North Hobart What will you receive? Salary Packaging (because who doesn't want to pay less tax?) 15% fee discount for your children to attend our services Work in a supportive fun team environment The role you'll play – Monitoring and answering phone calls which includes responding to queries or referring to the appropriate area Supporting families with CCS and enrolment processes Developing and sending out communication to families in collaboration with managers and Providing help desk support to other Service Support Officers when proficient in the systems Processing of various payments for services and reconciling to the appropriate account Developing and sending out of statements Assist in managing waitlists and identifying opportunities to fill vacancies in consultation with Managers Processing of invoices Skills and Experience – Certificate III in Business or equivalent (or undertaking) Minimum 2 years' experience in high-level administration Professional and friendly customer service skills Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and intermediate level of expertise with Outlook, Excel and Word and uses efficiently A self-starter Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication style Able to manage competing priorities effectively and great organisational skills A current Working with Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain) Police Check (or ability to obtain) If this sounds like the role for you, apply now with your Cover Letter and CV.
