Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional, team focused individual who is passionate about helping others. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team you will have excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
We provide a range of services to older people, supporting them to live independently at home and to be active in the community.

What can you expect to be doing?
Delivering excellent customer service with a customer focused approach Providing quality and timely administrative support services for the program Ensuring the maintenance of records and databases to support service delivery and compliance. Reception cover for our 3 Heath & Wellness Clinics
What do you need to bring?
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. Fantastic attention to detail Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. High level attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team. Digital savviness, with the proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
