Service Supervisor – Production Enhancement
Oil & Gas - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy)
You will mainly be responsible for providing supervision and coordination of Operator Assistants and Service Operators during rigging-up/rigging-down of Production Enhancement service line equipment at remote well sites.
This position reports to the
Service Coordinator
and will be offered on a rotating
FIFO shift Roster
based at
Roma, QLD .
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and oversees operational personnel
Plans and performs necessary calculations for fluids management
Responsible for the management of the chemical inventory
Promotes effective customer relations and communication
Performs location tests and interprets results to determine integrity of equipment
Supervises, coordinates, and educates operators in proper vehicle inspections
Role Requirements
2+ years of well site Supervision experience
Skilled at planning and organizing jobs
Strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting
Able to coach team members performance and promote high morale
Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes
Effective stakeholder communication and influencing skills
