Job Description Are you a passionate leader with a strong technical background? We are seeking a dynamic Service Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne and drive exceptional customer satisfaction across the VIC region. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service while maintaining our company's stellar reputation. Your hands-on approach will be essential as you balance your leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in the field. Key Responsibilities: Perform warranty service on Temperzone and Hitachi products in a timely manner. Coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and prioritising tasks. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Provide start-up assistance for new installations. Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices. Ensure the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs. Participate in training and development programs.
