Ideally, you will have:Your Responsibilities Will Include:Leading and managing Service Technicians to provide outstanding serviceOverseeing activities to achieve business objectivesManaging service job costs, including labor managementCompleting reportsProviding technical support to Service Technicians and a diverse range of customersManaging a repairables workshop and overseeing component rebuildsEnsuring compliance with OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies for Epiroc and our customersPerforming other administrative duties as requiredWho We're Looking For:Demonstrated leadership and effective people management skillsExtensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairsExperience in preventative and breakdown maintenanceHigh computer literacyStrong communication skills at all levelsA valid driver's licenseThe ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to service operations are essential.
