Ready for a Challenge? We are currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join our team in Burnie, TAS. In this role, you will drive service revenue growth by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our stakeholders through our talented team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading and managing Service Technicians to provide outstanding serviceOverseeing activities to achieve business objectivesManaging service job costs, including labor managementCompleting reportsProviding technical support to Service Technicians and a diverse range of customersManaging a repairables workshop and overseeing component rebuildsEnsuring compliance with OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies for Epiroc and our customersPerforming other administrative duties as requiredWho We're Looking For: Demonstrated leadership and effective people management skillsExtensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairsExperience in preventative and breakdown maintenanceHigh computer literacyStrong communication skills at all levelsA valid driver's licenseThe ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to service operations are essential. You must also have a strong commitment to OH&S, Quality, and Environmental policies, along with a desire to deliver best-practice solutions for our customers.
