Service Specialist | Cairns We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients.
We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
As a Service Specialist, your responsibility will be to assist Client Managers to help achieve goals & budget forecasts.
This role is customer-focused, which includes assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence, and general office duties.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their insurance career in a challenging, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong Customer Service Focus Organised with excellent time management skills Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
