About the role: This Service Specialist plays a vital role in the End User Compute team which delivers a range of services supporting a wide variety products including Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Applications including the Microsoft Operating System and Office applications.
You will be supporting the devices, platforms, processes and Partners, to ensure the environments are operational and compliant and within Suncorp's risk appetite.
This includes life cycle management of the fleet including the operating systems and applications required for Suncorp to deliver on customer needs and expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience with InTune and Configuration Manager to manage a fleet that consists of physical devices, cloud desktops and applications.
You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud offerings and Citrix DaaS in addition to client side applications, integration and packaging along with patching and vulnerability management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step away from a hands-on tech role while still utilising your experience in InTune and Configuration Manager.

What you'll do: Ensure the provision of secure End User Compute platforms built on Microsoft and Citrix technologies by: Providing input to strategic plans and roadmaps for End User Compute activities to align with organisational goals and objectives.
Offering expert advice and recommendations on Microsoft and Citrix technologies to support edge devices and application packaging and delivery.
Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to End User Compute services.
Governing IT Partners to deliver best in class services, through Governance, Reporting and Continuous Service Improvement.
Developing, maintaining and continuously seek improvements to the processes and procedures to maximise customer experience.
Ensuring the health and availability of End User Compute platforms and services.
What you'll bring: Three+ years of experience with Configuration Manager, InTune, Microsoft and Citrix technologies managing a fleet that consists of physical devices and cloud desktops and applications Must have a good understanding of applications, integration and packaging; patching and vulnerability management Previous experience in service delivery, working with and managing technology partners to deliver first class technology services Demonstrated knowledge of Infrastructure services Working in the financial/insurance industry would be beneficial Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships A genuine passion for technology and service delivery What we can offer you: Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.
