Service & Spare Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded person to be a point of contact for our customers and dealers alike, assisting with their spare parts enquiries and contributing to the effective and efficient operations of the service department in the Wetherill Park branch.
Reporting to the NSW Factory Manager, you will work closely with our Service and Sales departments Australia wide.
We are seeking someone who has the ability to multitask, works well under pressure, has the highest level of attention to detail and who thrives on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:Coordinate all aspects of the Service and after sales departmentAnswers phone calls and actions customer enquiriesAttend to walk in customer queriesInterpret spare parts callsCoordinate service work between the service techniciansInvestigate complaints and resolve problemsMonitor inventory levels within the branchDevelop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiriesMonitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectationsExperience in the following would be advantageous:Previous experience in spare parts and/or service within a similar industryUnderstanding of mechanical, hydraulic systemsProficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/wordConfident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholdersHighly motivated, and ability to work autonomouslyExcellent customer service skills both over the phone and face to faceAbility to analyse and solve issues as they arise (troubleshoot)Highly organised and well presentedReliability and strong work ethic requiredCompany Benefits:Opportunities for career progression and additional trainingFree EAP service for staff and their familiesFitness AppExclusive offers for well-known/leading brands and company'sWellbeing toolkitsAssessments and support programs covering Financial, Mental, Physical and Social WellbeingStaff events such as company BBQs, Christmas Parties etcWhilst not essential to the role, a mechanical trade qualification or equivalent on the job experience would be highly regarded.
