About You
As the Service Scheduling Manager
you'll lead a productive team of Service Scheduling Officers to ensure compliance with modern award standards while ensuring high-quality service is delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team to achieve organisational strategic objectives Analyse financial data to optimise business processes to improve efficiency Oversee the compliance to award policies and Westhaven rostering practices Manage roster services, ensuring quality client care whilst monitoring financial costs
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and improvements
You will have:
Tertiary qualification in Business Management or equivalent Demonstrated knowledge of modern award interpretation and NDIS operations
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a successful team Previous experience utilising rostering systems and practises Proven ability to manage projects within a timeframe and budget

Current NSW Driver's licence
Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
