You are here to make a difference, constantly building bridges to the future with sustainable solutions that have an impact on our planet's most urgent problems.This role is based in Perth, Australia, and reports to the Service Sales Divisional Manager.Who You AreYou are an individual that has:Excellent negotiation skills and business acumenStrong commercial orientationAbility to lead and motivate othersAbility to build and maintain relationshipsStrategic perspectiveOpen-minded and flexibleAbout the JobYou will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the service sales growth in Oceania with focus on Alfa Laval Products and Services in the Energy Division in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets.Responsibilities include:Leading, developing and securing a high performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture.Business Ownership of service sales growth & profitability in all Business Units within the Energy Division across Oceania.Profit & Loss responsibility.Operating within compliance framework (business, contracts, etc.) & authorization matrix.Adapting global BU strategies to formulate local & regional strategy.Preparing marketing plans with assistance from marketing.Planning & executing Communications & Commercial Excellence activities with the Marketing team.Conducting Business Development activities – digital channels, social media, etc.Quarterly Forecasting – submission & successful delivery.Customer allocation & segmentation.Sales Performance Management for each team member.Service Sales growth through Channels and other ways to market.Key Account Management – identify, plan & execute business growth plans.Pricing management through transactional pricing for the Spare Parts business.Preparing & implementing pricing strategy by application, customers for other AS scopes.Market intelligence.Stakeholder Management with local sales, service operations, customer support, and admin support functions.Coordination and interface with local Customer Support Team and the country sales team (NZ).Ensuring proper usage of Sales process / Sales tools / CRM.What You Know· University degree or similar in either business or sales management.· Preferably several years of managerial experience.· Experience in negotiations, and working in a cross-functional environment.· Knowledge of Alfa Laval products would be an advantage, but not essential.Closing Date for Applications: 30th November 2024
