The Position Due to continuous growth, we have an opportunity for a Service Retention Officer to join our team in Loganholme. This Full-Time opportunity forms a crucial part of our support office team and is responsible for minimising the impact of cancellations of appointments to the organisation and most importantly to our clients.
Reporting into the Community Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Rearranging appointments cancelled due to unplanned and planned staff leave as well as appointments cancelled by clients. Communicating directly with Clients, their Family Members, Referrers, Case Managers and NDIS Support Coordinators. Responding to phone calls/emails, cancellation requests or internal leave requests. Managing schedules for Cancellations and Clinical leave. Confirming changes to appointments and sending written confirmations to referrers. Do you have what it takes? You will have a high degree of initiative and be dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. You must have:
Previous sales experience. Strong influencing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and groups to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service. Relevant experience in an administration/customer service role. Intermediate computing skills and the ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Excellent attention to detail. Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and autonomously.
