This Full-Time opportunity forms a crucial part of our support office team and is responsible for minimising the impact of cancellations of appointments to the organisation and most importantly to our clients.Reporting into the Community Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for:Rearranging appointments cancelled due to unplanned and planned staff leave as well as appointments cancelled by clients.Communicating directly with Clients, their Family Members, Referrers, Case Managers and NDIS Support Coordinators.Responding to phone calls/emails, cancellation requests or internal leave requests.Managing schedules for Cancellations and Clinical leave.Confirming changes to appointments and sending written confirmations to referrers.Do you have what it takes?We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have a high degree of initiative and be dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
