We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our Port Pirie Pharmacy team.
As a Service Manager you will be critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose by: Providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with our customers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs. Overseeing the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy. Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores. Inspiring and leading the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time. People who excel as National Pharmacies Service Managers consistently demonstrate: Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy. Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others. A positive attitude and the ability to manage and multi-task in this busy role. Ability to work flexible hours.
