In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service and technical support for secure power systems used in commercial and industrial applications.
You will work closely with clients to ensure their power systems are operating efficiently and effectively, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support for secure power systems in C&I sectors. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on power equipment. Conduct system diagnostics and implement solutions to optimise performance. Collaborate with clients to address service needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage service documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new power systems. Provide training to clients on system operation and maintenance. Monitor service contracts and ensure timely delivery of services. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate parts, resources, and technical support. Stay updated on the latest industry standards and technological advancements. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Support sales teams with technical insights and customer feedback. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service department. Manage customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, such as a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience with power generation, UPS systems, or industrial power equipment. Strong technical background with experience in power systems, ideally in the C&I sectors. Proven experience in service and maintenance roles, particularly with secure power systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
