The Opportunity As a Service Representative based out of Melbourne, you will play a hands-on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets. With a focus on Secure Power, this includes Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems, Cooling, Refrigeration, Batteries and an expanding portfolio of products that our Customers demand.
This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Melbourne area and nearby locationsCollaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasksCommissioning, site testing, system/firmware upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshootingProviding technical support and specialist advice to CustomersActing as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhering to other internal processesDocumenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory managementIdentifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirementsOur ideal candidate will possess: A Grade Electrical License AND/OR Refrigeration QualificationsCurrent Driver's License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!)Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance positionProven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when requiredA technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologiesWell-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver/trouble-shooterDemonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risksAll applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
