We are looking for multiple Service Repair Technicians to join our growing team at our Milwaukee Service Centre in Dandenong South, VIC. The Service Repair Technicians will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer's warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience. 
If you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products this is your opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market leading brands! 
Reporting to the Workshop Team Leader your duties will include: Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis. Performing breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance and delivering quality repairs within a timely manner  Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment  Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible  Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer  Provide support and feedback to service operations, compliance and quality departments  Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management  Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures  Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.  Skills and experience required: A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.  Strong problem-solving skills  Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time  Excellent personal presentation and time management skills  Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills  If you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful, and dynamic organisation, please APPLY NOW!
