About the role We are currently seeking a Service Process Controller to join our growing team.
To be responsible for the maintenance of hardware and software asset details registered within the Configuration Management Database About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Control the receipt, identification, storage and withdrawal of all supported assets within the Database.
Review Install, Move, Add or Change Requests Reconcile asset movements against IMACs Implement Requests for Change assigned to Asset Management.
Administer procurement of new assets.
Manage imports of asset data Verify accuracy of database against physical environment Initiate and assist in the development and maintenance of Asset Management process, policy & procedure documents, to assist Asset Management with the successful delivery of the service.
Requirements and Experience: At least 3-year, previous experience in Logistics Previous experience updating and maintaining a CMDB Ability to work within a team Previous experience conducting change requests Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints Must have current or reinstatable AGSVA Security Clearance Available Locations: Melbourne  Sydney Canberra Brisbane Why Fujitsu?
