Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Planning Administrator to help ensure efficient and effective service delivery planning and coordination. This opportunity will be based out of our Blacktown office. In this role, you will be involved in optimizing resource allocation, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. To succeed, you will need:

Experienced in:

Administration in a trade or service-based company, including management of customer site inductions. Essential:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the capability to build relationships on a national level. Ability to:

manage competing priorities and deadlines and a passion to deliver best results for our customer base. Possess:

A flexible, professional "can do" attitude with a willingness to learn or a curiosity to discover. Intermediate experience:

In Microsoft office applications, SAP experience being advantageous.
