About the role: We are now seeking to employ an experienced Service Person at our Koolan Island Operation on a 7 Days On / 7 Days Nights / 7 Day Off (12-hour day) roster from Perth, Broome or Derby. Reporting directly to the Site Maintenance Supervisor the primary focus of this role is to assist the maintenance team complete daily maintenance and servicing on a range of heavy vehicles to meet scheduled and break down maintenance support to the operations team. Key tasks and responsibilities Operation of the site Komatsu HD605 and Mack CSMR 8x4 Service Trucks for daily re-fuel/ lube service. Wash-down - Inspect, Sample, Service and lube Equipment in the workshop and field as required. Operate equipment under the (Test and Move VOC) to assist Mechanical tradespersons with function checks, defect elimination and equipment testing as required. Contribute to maintaining good housekeeping in the oil storage, service bays and workshop. Daily cleaning and replenishment of Service Trucks fuel, oils lubes and consumables Various Yard Duties utilising forklift, telehandler and It Loader under the instruction and guidance of the maintenance supervisor or assigned tradesperson. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience in heavy vehicle serviceperson role Light Vehicle mechanical fitter may be considered Dedicated commitment to safety and production. Current WA HR Class driver's license. Ability to manage and work in a diverse and multicultural workforce. Working at Heights and Confined Space advantageous.
