Job DescriptionPermanent roleSydney basedBe part of a world class team!How will I help?As the Service Owner Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the necessary Platform and Framework using the Informatica Cloud Platform (IDMC). Your role will involve supporting teams within the bank to ensure successful data migration from source to target systems, while maintaining data quality and reconciliation.You will lead migration planning and backlog management, engage with business heads and partners, and collaborate with the Data Migration Program and key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include delivering and embedding Data Migration Service Capability, optimizing data migration methods, managing the migration playbook, ensuring project conformance, overseeing delivery across internal teams, providing program visibility to senior leadership, participating in governance forums, and embedding Information Governance requirements into the solution.You will use your influencing and stakeholder management skills to promote data migration best practices, engage with business leaders and the Data Platforms community to identify synergies, and coach your team for success. Effective communication with senior management is crucial, along with strong negotiation skills to drive outcomes.
