Service Owner, Capability Delivery Westpac Banking Corporation Sydney, Australia Job DescriptionService Owner - Capability & Delivery C&TB LoB: 51381Location: SydneyHybrid Working ModelHow will I help?As the Service Owner of the Capability Delivery team within the Acquisition & Activation Village of the Cash & Transactional Banking business, you will drive the development and delivery of new and improved account opening capabilities for both business and consumer everyday bank accounts.You will lead our dedicated transformation teams to deliver both customer growth and product simplification initiatives i.e. UNITE, working alongside our technology partners to ensure successful deployment of market leading origination processes and digital experiences.In this strategic role, you'll collaborate directly with the Strategy Village and Go-to-Market Service Owners to optimally allocate investments and develop comprehensive business cases that highlight the commercial benefits and strategic impacts of initiatives for both short-term and long-term business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the management of change risks across all affected channels.Position Deliverables:Collaboratively design and deliver market-leading digital experiences for account originations and digital onboarding in cash and transactional banking.Constantly finding better ways to deliver outcomes with continuous improvement mindset to accelerate capability delivery to the market.Act as a subject-matter expert on our cash and transactional banking product portfolio, providing insights and guidance across the business.Foster strong collaborations across cash and transactional banking, transformation, finance, digital, and technology teams to support design and delivery.Role model our purpose 'creating better futures together' by advocating for customers every day.Key Accountabilities:Address key pain points and optimising the signup process.Ensure top-tier digital acquisition and customer satisfaction through enhanced digitised experiences.Develop and refine, origination and digital onboarding policies to meet strategic segment objectives.Lead the UNITE workstream to simplify origination pathways, ensuring operational excellence.Manage and assess the effectiveness and sustainability of Origination platforms.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years.
