The purpose of a Service Operations Coordinator is to coordinate the Service Operations, Product & Property team activities to assist in the successful delivery of all aspects of the technology components associated with new store openings, refurbishments and closures.
Day in the life: Coordinate all Technology tasks involved in New, Refurb, closure of storesWork alongside the Property and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery of requirementsLiaise with property, vendors, service and field operations teamsKey liaison between the business, vendors and technology areas for escalation of any issues that arise in the opening, refurbishment or closure of storesDocument and Identifying technology process improvements on an ongoing basis for new, refurb & store closuresSupport Service Operations in delivery of process improvementsYou'll be perfect for the role if you have: 2+ years' experience in coordinating technology fitout/refurbsExperience in relevant industryHigh Attention to detailImpeccable Task management capabilitiesJoin our team as a Service Operations Coordinator!
