Role Overview: Whilst part of the Jemena Digital group, your role is focused on supporting the Zinfra Business. Zinfra is a leading infrastructure services provider committed to delivering exceptional solutions in the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
As the Senior Service Operations Manager - Service Delivery, for Zinfra Technology, you will be a senior member of the extended Digital Leadership Team, responsible for leveraging digital technologies and services to drive value across the Zinfra business. Acting as the 2IC to the Zinfra Technology Manager, you will oversee Digital operations, business partnering, strategy, planning, reporting, and continual service improvement. Your role is crucial in championing the voice of Zinfra in cutting-edge technologies and first-class Digital services.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to present updates, facilitate workshops, and support strategic initiatives.Oversee daily operations, managing escalations across the Digital landscape with care and efficiency.Engage with field teams in gas and electricity services, ensuring their digital needs are met and understood.Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of Digital technologies and services.Collaborate on prioritizing initiatives in a dynamic environment, helping shape business ideas into actionable projects.Assist the broader Zinfra Technology team with business engagement and prioritization of work.Qualifications and Experience: Proven leadership of IT Operations or Application teams, with a focus on collaboration and project success.Experience working closely with senior leadership and field teams, especially in utilities or construction.Skilled in managing IT services and writing/implementing Managed Services Agreements or Service Catalogues.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills, with a passion for innovation.Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, or Business, with certifications in ITIL and budget management experience.Why you should come and work for us: Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
