Generous Salary Base + Super + Company Car + BonusThis newly created role supports the current CEO in growing their business into Fire Safety and Protection Services. Based in their office in Yatala, you will be at the forefront of their operations, driving efficiencies and results.This role will actively ensure the delivery of products and services are on time for the inspections, testing and services of essential fire and electrical safety measures. This hands-on role will see you working in the office, out in the field and focusing on customer engagement while being responsible for:Manage operations in accordance with site requirements, leading client contract meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients serving as their primary point of contact for all fire safety needsJob management and allocation including services, installations and repair data via the CRMManage service contracts efficiently including overseeing contract KPI's ensuring service delivery meets expectations and resolving disputes promptlyLead, mentor, train and supervise your team and ensure consistency of processes and proceduresTake accountability for the overall leadership, budget, safety and performance of your team.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for a sales-focused individual to help drive this business forward. To be successful in this role you will bring with you the following skills and attributes:Experience in managing a service team with knowledge and understanding of Fire Protection Systems and maintenance practices.Essential licenses – Fire Occupational License, Electrical License, Work at Heights, Working with Children, General Safety Induction, Drivers LicenseStrong people management skills / ability to manage and lead a teamExperience with monthly forecasting and reportingAbility to manage targets for sales and profitKnowledge across relevant building codes and Australian StandardsREWARDS AND BENEFITSThis role is part of the Senior Level Team and will allow you to come in and make it your own - grow the business….grow your salary.
