Support services in a 10-story social welfare integrated service building Assist in the daily management of facilities and administrative tasks Responsible for coordinating visits and willing to communicate with others Coordinating and assisting in the preparation and implementation of activities Coordinating and assisting the center manager in handling administrative and financial work Provide support for services catering to children with special needs and their parents, actively engaging with families and collaborating with the team Requirements:
Diploma holder or above with major in event management, business or related discipline At least 2 years working experience Experience in event management, facilities management and customer service support will be an advantage Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Detail-oriented, well-organized and willing to learn Independent, proactive, and good team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Location: Sandy bay We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
