Service Officer

Our NSW Government client is hiring for a highly capable Service Officer to join the organisation.
The successful candidates will be joining a team that has a strong customer focus, with the responsibilities of processing workers compensation for injured staff cross the wider Department.
Previous payroll or claims experience is highly valued, along with excellent attention to detail and customer focus skills.
Role Title: Service Officer Start Date: First week back from Christmas break End Date: 28/03/2025 Hourly Rate: $45.60 + Super Location : Goulburn (2580), On-Site.
About You: You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure entitlements are processed in accordance with legislative requirements in a timely manner.
Your commitment to customer service and attention to detail are the qualities we are looking for.
The role is responsible for managing workers compensation payments to employees across all agencies the business unit provide services to.
Working within a team that has a strong customer focus the role will calculate weekly workers compensation entitlements and make necessary entries in the payroll system.
The successful candidate's attention to detail and customer focus skills will be more valuable than previous payroll experience.

Candidates must be based in or around Goulburn and willing to travel to Goulburn.
Additionally, you must possess existing full working rights within Australia.
