Position: Service Manager (Workshop Controller)

Position Type: Full-time, permanent.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Utilize technical expertise to assist technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Ensure customers receive the best quality service.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and/or serviced in accordance with customer instructions and manufacturer's guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
