Be part of a growing division, drive performance and manage key relationships.Up to $180k Package (experience dependent) + Company Benefits.Use your previous workers compensation scheme leadership experience to provide clear operational direction, while supporting the team in an adaptive manner.
The RoleKey success in this role includes building and supporting capability within your direct and indirect reports.Driving team performance and engagement.Mitigating performance issues and identifying areas of business improvement to streamline operations.Lead 7 leaders & approx.
