Service Manager - Tasmania (7YKE7) Launceston, AustraliaAbout UsHitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.The OpportunityHitachi has a rare and exciting opportunity for a strong, structured, and disciplined Leader to join the Tasmanian team in the position of Service Manager.
In this role you will plan, lead & control all aspects of the service operations across Tasmania to meet customer expectations, whilst remaining in line with retail sales, expense & budget allocation.Reporting to the Launceston Branch Manager you will also:Maintain compliance with WHS, Environmental and QA policiesManage financial & productivity performance of the service operation including preparation of budget, capital applications, monthly reporting; within company guidelinesAnalyse W.I.P, warranty, recoveries, expenses and reportOversee accuracy and timeliness of quotations & customer invoicingDevelop local relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients with the aim to increase labour utilisation and increase CE equipment sales in TasmaniaMentor and develop all staffThis position is best suited to someone who is determined to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed business objectives.
