Your role as the Service Manager is to lead the service department at our impressive Port Hedland branch in Western Australia.

This opportunity involves leading the success of our regional service teams across Port Hedland and Tom Price.
You will be liaising with our clients to further develop business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer service.

As the Service Manager, you will manage the progress of service jobs and support multiple clients.
You will be responsible for creating a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members act in a safety-focused manner.

Roster: 5/2, 4/3
Role Located: Port Hedland (FIFO or Residential)

Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills in the maintenance industry Financial reporting experience, including revenue forecast, P&L, and WIP management Willing to recruit, develop, coach, and manage team members Ability to build a strong team-oriented environment within the division and other departments Background in mining and earthmoving industry or similar experience Ability to analyze workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly Ready to get started?
