Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Managing Director, who is known for their positive, transparent, and supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the service team to achieve optimal productivity and performance. Taking ownership of the Service department's daily activities and overall performance. Ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards. Driving the team to maintain a strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Benefits to You:

Proven experience in the materials handling field or a related industry. Exceptional people management and leadership skills. Mechanical background highly desired.
