Service Manager - Manufacturing/Fmcg

They are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to take the lead on the following responsibilities:
Managing customer Service contractsForecastingManaging costingsScheduling Technicians both nationally and internationallyManaging a small team of Service TechniciansReportingSite visitsCustomer relationship managementManaging breakdownsOverseeing Spare Parts departmentThis is a broad and all-encompassing position. To be successful within this role, you will have experience in a similar Service Management role OR experience in Service within FMCG equipment. You must have experience in Spare Parts and margins, costings, planning, service agreements, and an element of sales.
