About the Role The Service Manager – Mandurah role is to ensure the effective delivery of clinical and therapeutic services from the relevant locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the application of service models, standards, and care which is responsive to client, cultural, and community needs whilst meeting contractual, organisational, and legal obligations.
About You The Service Manager – Mandurah is responsible for managing service delivery, staff, governance, financial, community development, site maintenance, and administrative aspects of service for the relevant sites. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships pertinent to the relevant services, location, and governance structures.
Pay Level Pay Level is equivalent to Level 7 – Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
