Then we want YOU to be the Service Manager for our brand-new team! The Opportunity Managed Fund Claims is thrilled to announce the launch of a new workers compensation team in Lismore, starting in February 2025.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced insurance leader to take the reins.
As the Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping this team's success, responsible for providing direction, coaching, and coordination for a team of Case Managers and Specialists.
To ensure success for you and the team, we will have a comprehensive onboarding and training plan including face-to-face support.
What We're Looking For: A natural leader with solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills, you can build relationships and have exceptional people management expertise. Workers' Compensation experience and an in-depth knowledge of relevant NSW legislation (compulsory) High degree of organisational skills and time management An aptitude for analysing information and making strategic decisions A willingness to travel occasionally as per client/business requirements.
