Service Manager – Individual Support Get Connected with ConnectGV! Are you looking for a leadership role, that's more than just a job?  Where you get the chance to make a real difference?  What We're About ConnectGV isn't your average organisation.  We're all about connection.  We're a connected team on a mission to deliver the best disability services across the Goulburn Valley.  From our comfortable residential homes, impressive day centre, amazing outreach supports through to our dynamic social enterprises and supported employment, we're all about meeting the diverse needs of our incredible participants.  And here's the kicker – we do it all while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.  The Role In this newly created role, your primary responsibility will be to build, lead, and motivate a team of Disability Support Workers.  You will facilitate intake for our new individual support service delivery, ensuring participants receive exceptional supports.  Whether coordinating services within homes or in community settings, you'll forge relationships while maintaining resources to uphold budgetary, compliance standards and best practices. This role demands resilience and adaptability, as it focuses on building a service from the ground up.  Therefore, flexibility and a strong commitment to quality and safety are essential traits for success. Commencing two days a week, with the intention of building the service, this role is intended to eventually be full time hours, once the service is built. What We're Looking For Someone who is innovative, resilient, and inclusive.  If you're all about making things happen, a great communicator, have a knack for problem-solving and love working as part of a team, then we want you! You'll bring leadership experience, together with a qualification in disability, health or community services related fields (preferable).  You also need a current drivers licence and a reliable motor vehicle.
