Job Description We're seeking a Service Manager, Indigenous Connections to lead the team of Indigenous Connections Coaches.Reporting to the National Manager, Operational Support Programs you will be responsible for: Leading a team of Indigenous Connections Coaches across the country.Supporting, coaching, and giving strategies to Indigenous Connections Coaches to assist our clients into sustainable employment.Supporting Indigenous Connections Coaches to assist our clients with the transition into employment through supported interviews and first day and week support.Ensuring each Employment Region has relationships with Indigenous organisations to refer our clients to. The location of this role is flexible from any of our offices in South Australia, Western Australia or New South Wales.
