About our service: The LikeMind service is a mental health initiative funded by the NSW Ministry of Health.
Stride is the lead agency of LikeMind in Orange and Wagga Wagga.
In partnership with local health and community organisations, LikeMind aims to improve access to care for adults aged 25 to 65 years old with mental health concerns across four core streams (mental health, primary health, drug and alcohol, and vocational/psychosocial).

)Meals and entertainment allowance of up to $2,650!Leave loading at 17.5%Stride Rewards – access to discounts from 100s of retailers (fashion, food and fitness)One paid wellbeing leave day per yearPurchase up to 5 additional leave days in a 12 month period (pro rata entitlement if part-time)Paid parental leave supportSupportive team environmentExcellent training and career developmentAbout the role: This is a leadership role and involves the management and continuous improvement of innovative and effective operational and clinical systems that support and facilitate the delivery of quality services to our consumers and their families and carers.Work in partnership with service providers to provide evidence-based services to people with mental health issues.Requirements: Must have full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist / Mental Health Nurse / Occupational Therapist or a Social Worker with AASW registration.Demonstrated experience managing a mental health service.Experience in managing a health/mental health or multidisciplinary community health service.Demonstrated experience overseeing staff to ensure quality clinical practices including the implementation of individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, multidisciplinary consultation and liaison with referring agents.Knowledge of the rationale, principles and evidence for integrated service delivery models for mental health consumers.Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC.Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.Stride is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
