Reporting to the Branch Manager of CMV Truck & Bus Traralgon, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional Manager to lead, support and strategically oversee the daily operations of our Service Departments.
A key success factor for this position is the ability to lead and engage strong service teams across multiple departments to ensure that our people are highly engaged and have the resources and support required.
The Service Manager will build solid partnerships with customers and all in-house departments to ensure the agreed KPI's are met whilst proactively offering 'value add' solutions designed to offer customers a competitive advantage.
This is a role where leadership, customer excellence and operational efficiency, all blend together under multiple departments.

You will be responsible for:
Achieving key performance objectives and targets
Driving quality processes to ensure manufacturer standards are upheld and introduce new processes as required in accordance with staff development plans
Producing clear and concise reports ensuring quality and accuracy of all records
Demonstrating and leading safe working practices and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Driving and maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality standards
Conducting regular staff briefings, direction and support to the Service Department
Demonstrated skills
A driven leader with a strong commitment to safety and building a positive team culture
Proven track record of managing a profitable service division within a similar industry
Sound knowledge of the automotive industry including service operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
Energetic and passionate about customers, people and service excellence
Sound computer and organisational skills
Relevant trade certificate
