Hubtex Australia is a leader in the distribution and servicing of material handling equipment nationally. Our customer base ranges from medium-sized businesses to blue-chip organisations across five states.
A position has become available for an experienced Service Manager to join our Adelaide Branch. The applicant must have hands-on mechanical background in automotive, forklifts, plant, and diesel as well as auto electrical experience. Your knowledge and practical skills in preventative maintenance, fault finding, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs, and managing other service staff will be highly regarded. This is a true hands-on role where you are required to attend field service work as well managing and working closely with a field service technician.
The role also requires someone with a high level of organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal where you will be interacting with customers, suppliers and internal staff. A background in handling customer dispute resolution will be highly regarded. We envisage the role will comprise 50% of the time involved in hands-on field service maintenance and repair work, with 50% workshop pre-delivery, repairs, managing spare parts, scheduling, administration and seeking new service opportunities with existing and new customers for further growth of our SA branch.

To succeed in this role, the applicant must be capable of working unsupervised with good problem-solving skills and must have the following:
