You will have the proven ability to lead and coordinate service strategies in functional areas that include: Effectively manage client services that uphold the unique needs of each client in an environment where care needs can change rapidly.
Facilitate the development of your team, driving improvement in performance to promote the continued viability and growth of the service.
Understand changes occurring within the sector and your community, incorporating these into the business plan for your service.
Work for the continuous improvement of our service to ensure it's the best it can be, in line with Aged Care Accreditation Standards What do we need you to bring?
Ideally, we're looking for previous experience in aged or community care, but if you have extensive experience in Social Services, Management or Human Services and have worked within a similar role, we'd love to hear from you, too.
A good networker to develop partnerships with participants external to the organisation.
Solid financial management with a track record in delivering operational strategies Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change Great understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices We are also looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of AN-NACC with a current registration with AHPRA.
