Our diverse product lineup, featuring CFMoto Quad Bikes, UTVs, Bad Boy Zero Turn Mowers, and more, ensures our workshop is always buzzing with activity. From routine maintenance to diagnostic repairs, our high-demand service area requires a dedicated, experienced Workshop Service Manager to lead our operations and drive our commitment to exceptional service.
As our Workshop Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our workshop's daily operations. You'll be responsible for leading a skilled team of workshop and service mechanics, scheduling and prioritising repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard. With a busy workshop environment and multiple mobile mechanics covering a large service area, your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and support a passionate team of workshop and service mechanics. Job Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently plan, direct, monitor progress and prioritise workshop jobs to ensure timely completion of all service and repair work. Work collaboratively with parts department for job requirements, restocking and inventory tracking. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service journey, providing regular updates to the customer, managing expectations, approval process and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Administration: Creation of detailed job cards, ensuring parts ordered and service schedule completion. Timely administration finalisation and invoicing of all jobs completed prior to end of month accounts. Quality & Standards: Maintain exceptional standards for servicing all tractors, UTVs, ATVs, and farm machinery. Resolving servicing issues and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service. Operational Oversight: Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Skills and Qualifications
Mechanical Knowledge: Prior experience in a workshop or mechanical setting, or a solid understanding of mechanical principles, is essential. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, organise, and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while being a senior leader of our dealership in always promoting our service and quality excellence. Customer Service Expertise: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
